Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


  • No unit may be rented or leased. Wemberley Hill Garden Homes (WHGH) is an owner-occupied residential community.


  • The owner is required to file a copy of their deed with the Board of Directors along with the name and address of their mortgagee.


  • The owner is required to provide the Board of Directors with documentation of comprehensive personal liability insurance. (Minimum of $100,000)


  • Maintenance Fees are due on the first day of each month. The Maintenance Fee must be delivered to the WHGH office at 10601 Wemberley Hill Blvd. 40241. Late fees are applied after the 15th day of the month.


  • All requests for services must be submitted in writing on the WHGH Service Request Form, available in the Clubhouse foyer and on this web site under WHGH Forms.


  • Prior to making alterations to your unit, you must request approval in writing from the Board of Directors and provide detailed drawings for substantial changes. Approval must be obtained before starting the project.


  • No pets over 35 pounds are permitted in WHGH. Two pets per household is permitted.

                                                  The following pets are banned regardless of weight:

          Rottweiler          Doberman Pinschers          German Shepherds            Pit Bulls

          Chow                Exotic Animals                   Rabbits                             Snakes

          Lizards              Monkeys                           Reptiles                            Livestock     


  • The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. There is  NO lifeguard; rules and regulations for pool use are posted in the pool area.


  • We ask everyone to be watchful for each other and to observe the 15 mph speed limit in our community.
